Emma Wilson, founder of Eat with Emma is a leading South African food stylist, food director, and culinary producer known for her bold, flavour-forward visual storytelling. With 17 years of experience in food media, she works across commercials, editorials, digital campaigns, and branded content—offering a unique blend of culinary insight and visual strategy. Eat With Emma, is a creative food business that develops recipes, styles food, and directs shoots for local and international brands.
Jules is a SAFTA-winning hair, makeup, and styling artist with experience across feature films, television, commercials, and editorial work. Formally trained in hairdressing and makeup, she enjoys working collaboratively with other departments and has a keen interest in the overall creative vision. On smaller projects, she happily steps in to help with props and wardrobe styling, supporting the team and the overall visual story.

Nicola Hetz has over 12 years of experience in stage, screen, and events costumes, floral design, and prop styling. Nicola is now the co-owner of Compass Rose Collective, a multidisciplinary design studio and creative hub, where she continues to hone her craft. Her on-screen credits include being lead seamstress for Road to Emmauss, Production Designer for Céline Tshika’s ‘No Worries if Not’ and ‘The Bear’ videos.
Nicola has extensive experience working in TVCs in numerous capacities in art and wardrobe.
She’s available for the following roles: costume design/styling, manufacturing, Props Master, and costume assistant.
